Technology, Friend or Foe

I found myself in an odd situation this past couple of weeks. On one hand, the reliance on technology to to the things that humans should do... Not should be able to do, but SHOULD DO. On the other hand, a piece of software was written for me to use, that revolutionized how I do my job. I found myself frustrated and down right pissed at one employ, and grateful and very complimentary at the other job.
